“ My favorite coffee shop and coffee bean supplier in Walla Walla! I love supporting a local family owned and operated business, but they also have the best coffee and a wide variety of delicious non-coffee options. Several of their food items and syrups are made in house. All of the employees are kind and make the business the success that it is. The Roastery also supports local artisans and other business owners through a variety of avenues. Although, my favorite part of this business is that most of the employees have spent years working there, and that shows their commitment of taking care of their employees in an industry where turn-over is often high. I feel confident spending my time and money here. I have spent many days sitting in the coffee shop to finish my graduate degree, the staff and atmosphere at the Roastery have fostered a great environment to help me in that pursuit! ”
“ Had a good time with friends around the firepit. Swapping stories & sipping on a perfectly smooth hazelnut latte. Also enjoyed looking at the paintings by local artists while waiting for my drink. The sunflower was my favorite! ”
“ The very best coffee beans. I buy several bags each time I visit to take back to Portland. Lattes are amazing, panninis are perfection, and the best scone I have had in my life was served here. ”
“ i travel the world as an international speaker bringing awareness to mental health and suicide prevention. THIS ROASTERY IS TOP 3 in the world! And as someone who travels to Hawaii once a month for the past year and a half, the beans are only half the battle. Yes they play a part in excellent coffee. But the technique of roasting to perfection, tells you how special this place is. And they don’t even use Kona-extra fancy beans. This place is mustard. I call this the samoan double shot ”
“ Super cozy coffee house. Chill vibes, excellent service and superior coffee. Outdoor seating for all seasons and you can buy some coffee supplies and merch here too. ”
“ Nice coffee and kind owner. My family spend very wonderful time here. ”
“ This is hands down the best coffee in all of Walla Walla. It's a small drive to the airport but it's worth the time. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is amazing. Nestled between all the wine bars, but is the jewel of the area. Do yourself a favor and go here for breakfast. You won't regret it. ”
“ How crazy is that? I drive up from Baker for an empanada and it was well worth the two hour trip... I'm going back tomorrow and grabbing a couple more for the ride home! ”
